The hotel was fantastic and comfortable, I liked it, especially the sea view. I was satisfied with the reasonably spacious and huge room, there were a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet just in case. The staff was helpful, the breakfast I had was delicious. Peaceful remote location close to the public transport...

Couldn't recommend more for a brief stop-in

Spacious room, friendly staff, the room was well-equipped with great amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a tv, and the hotel's location on a hill provided a fantastic view of the surroundings.

Nothing everything was great

The room is nice, quite convenient. It has everything u need.

The location is really bad. Nothing to do unless you take bus or taxi at least 20 mins.

The view from our room was amazing 🌅 The spacious accommodations were perfect for our family. Just a bit pricey, and the shuttle service could use some improvement.

Most anything we needed, all we had to do was contact the desk and it was immediately forthcomming. They were very good in that respect. Service was good.

Our biggest complaint was that many things we had to ask for we felt should have been provided without having to ask for. Especially considering what they were charging per night. Ammenities described were a bit misleading. Needs better information in English for ammenties such as tv and other items and travel needs. Cleaning staff could have been a bit more efficient.

The hotel provided a seamless car rental service with professional staff.

The bathroom space was very cramped, making it difficult to move around.

The price. The restaurant food and staff were good.

Carpets are old and dirty. Internet connection was slow and front desk staff was suspicious we had not checked out and turned in key when we had turned it in.

the hotel in itself is a very nice building from the outside. the design is a great work of art... the massages are pretty nice too. also, they have coupons that they give you when you check in that save a bit of money.

the pool is only about... 4 feet deep. no hot tub eather... but for the money you pay, the hotel is amazing.

The room was spacious, and the view from our hilltop location was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the mini shop on-site for souvenirs and snacks.

Within reasonable distance to the downtown and suitable for family travel. There is also shuttle arrangement to the airport and nearby beach. Only point is that the parking spaces are scattered and not very close to the hotel, although the hotel's pickup arrangement is very commendable.
